Cold brew coffee can sometimes taste flat due to the lack of acid so pick your coffee carefully.Darker roast blends keep their body when brewing. We prefer cold iced coffee with lots of milk(try sweetened condensed milk for a dessert coffee)Yummy! I can drink this late afternoon for a pick me up without the heartburn.
