We have had our B145 for more than two months, and love it. The machine worked great right out of the box and we have had no problems with it since. There are nine coffee drinkers in our office and no matter who made the coffee in our 12-cup machine, someone was unhappy - wrong blend, too strong, too weak, someone wants coffee but no one else does to justify making whole pot, etc. With the Keurig, everyone gets their coffee exactly how and when they want it! Some of the other reviews complain about the noise - yes, you can hear it pumping water and dispensing coffee, but it's not that loud. My desk is nearest the pot and after the first day it became part of the office background noise and I don't even notice it anymore. All in all, we are very pleased with our purchase and would recommend the Keurig B145 to any small office.
