Works great! I have a larger model at home, but this size is great for my modern style office space. I read some of the other reviews about the plasticky taste and experienced that as well. After thinking about it wondered if it had anything to do with me overfilling slightly each time and it having some correlation to the gasket, I tried it a fourth time being very careful not to go past the fill line.....a great cup of coffe with absolutely no plastic taste. Just be careful not to over fill the water reservoir.
