This Keurig is very easy to use and to clean. Came with Charcoal water filter so the water is as good as it gets considering I fill the reservoir with filtered water to begin with . Mine came with over 72 K cups so that too was very convenient and allowed me to try numerous flavors. I prefer the Dark Magic and Donut Shop coffees, fuller flavor and stronger roasts. Also the Italian roast was very nice. Mine also came with make your own K cups. Have not tried that item yet. What Iike most about this Keurig is the the fast cup of coffee I can make before I head into work each morning.
