I drink 2-3 cups every morning, and sometimes I like something in the afternoon. This machine is very simple and works quite well. Drinks have been piping hot and it is plenty fast for me. Adding water for each cup is a breeze (forget worrying about measuring, just fill your coffee cup with water at desired amount and dump it in), and I think it keeps the unit fresher than having a water reservoir that may sit for a few days holding water. K-Cups are plentiful and easy to find (sorry, Tassimo- I loved my machine but too hard to find refills!). And the reusable cups that you can use with your own coffee/tea are really handy.
