I drink 2-3 cups every morning, and sometimes I like something in the afternoon. This machine is very simple and works quite well. Drinks have been piping hot and it is plenty fast for me. Adding water for each cup is a breeze (forget worrying about measuring, just fill your coffee cup with water at desired amount and dump it in), and I think it keeps the unit fresher than having a water reservoir that may sit for a few days holding water. K-Cups are plentiful and easy to find (sorry, Tassimo- I loved my machine but too hard to find refills!). And the reusable cups that you can use with your own coffee/tea are really handy. Wow, this is without a doubt, the most perfect Nespresso machine I have ever had. Far superior to the smaller, cheaper Pixie I used to have. Out of the box, this is a beautiful machine. I put it on my kitchen counter and it looks gorgeous. Actually, it catches the eye of every one who walks into my kitchen. The machine takes no time to heat up, meaning you just turn it on and in around 20 seconds it is ready to start filling your cup. Operating it is a breeze. The pre-programmed preparations are perfect for me. However, you can set manually the volume for your drink. I also found the froth to be perfect. Very thick and creamy if you like it that way OR thin if you prefer. Putting the capsules inside is simple. Taking the used ones out is easy too. The machine is also a dream to clean.
